Douglas Wings & Things Festival and Fly-in
Spring blooms with excitement as Douglas-Coffee County gears up for the 3rd Annual
Wings & Things Festival and Fly-in on Saturday, March 22, 2025, from 9am to 4pm at the
Douglas Municipal Airport.
Celebrating our rich World
War II heritage, this festi-
val boasts the largest intact
airbase with a museum in
Georgia. Explore historic
aircraft, military vehicles,
a car show, vendors, kids’
activities, live entertain-
ment, and tantalizing food
trucks. Pilots from across
the country will showcase
their aircraft, while visitors
can enjoy flights on a Huey
helicopter or WWII-era
planes and tours of the
WWII Airbase Museum.
This free, family-friendly
event promises fun and
education for all ages.
Spring also invites you to savor the natural beauty of Coffee County. Enjoy outdoor
adventures at General Coffee State Park and Broxton Rocks, stroll the Greenway Trail, and
discover the charm of downtown with its shopping, dining, and entertainment at the Martin
Center. We have golf courses, pickle ball courts and hunting plantations as well. For more
information on where to shop, dine, play, and stay, visit www.visitdouglasga.org.
